What is Registered Dietitian?
Registered Dietitians (RD) translate the complex science of nutrition into practical dietary advice. As well as providing advice about nutrition and health, Dietitians are also highly skilled to advise about food related problems and treat disease using nutritional treatment.
Title “Registered Dietitians” are the only nutrition professionals in the UK to hold a legally recognised science based degree in nutrition and dietetics and are the members of the British Dietetic Association.
